This service is for farmers and small-holders wishing to have their own livestock slaughtered and butchered for their own consumption, or to simply sell on.

We are able to slaughter and butcher lambs, pigs and cattle up to 72 months old. All livestock must be booked in before arrival. All stock must arrive with the relevant forms and documentation.

Carcases can he hung or matured in our chillers before being returned. Beef Carcases can be butchered and pack to suit customers requirements. They can be cut into:
